Order Information

You will need an image of a valid prescription in order for us to process your prescription order. Your prescription needs to include your name, doctor’s name, exam date, left and right PD, and all prescription values.

PLEASE NOTE, it is especially important to have your Pupillary Distance (PD) which is the distance in millimeters between your pupils. The PD helps us center your prescription in the lens.

With the Free Shipping option you should expect 10-12 Business Days for production and processing and another 3-7 days for shipping.

If you select FedEx Expedited shipping you can still expect 10-12 Business Days for production and processing and the 2 days for shipping.

PLEASE NOTE, our X21 Nylon sun lenses are custom cut specifically for the frames that you selected when you place an order. This process might take us an extra 3-5 days, but we promise it will be worth the wait.

Yes, you can use your FSA or HSA card at checkout, but only for prescription eyewear. Please note that your card may be declined due to factors outside of our control. If it happens that your card is declined, you will need to reach out to your card issuer directly.

Blue Light Reader Information

Our Bundle & Save program allows you to receive a 20% discount by mixing and matching 2 or more readers in the same order. For example, if you order 1 round reader and 1 square reader in the same order, you will receive a 20% discount on the order.

PLEASE NOTE, the Bundle & Save program only includes our blue light readers. All other styles are excluded from the Bundle & Save program. 

Our readers block 32% of harmful blue light.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order, but we will do our best. Email info@diversionx.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order change. PLEASE NOTE, once an RX (prescription) order is placed, we won’t be able to change the order.

You will receive an email confirmation after submitting your order. If for any reason you do not receive an email confirmation, please email info@diversionx.com.

Prescription FAQs

It’s the distance measured in millimeters between the centers of your eyes’ pupils.

Yes, you will need your pupillary distance (PD) in order to have your prescription order processed. Your PD is used to center your prescription in the lens. Your PD should be included on the image of your prescription that you upload.

You can either upload your prescription when placing your order by clicking “Upload Prescription Now” or you have the option to send your prescription later by clicking “I’ll Send It Later”. If you choose “Upload Prescription Now” option, you will need to upload an image of your prescription by clicking “ChooseFile”. If you decide to send your prescription later, we will send you a follow-up email for you to upload your prescription.

PLEASE NOTE, your prescription order will not be processed until we receive your prescription with PD.

It may take up to 10-12 business days to process your prescription order. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your prescription order has been shipped which will include a tracking number. Business days include Monday through Friday which excludes national holidays.
